The University of the Fraser Valley’s library has digitized an impressive collection of more than 200 heritage cookbooks and pamphlets for its Newman Western Canadian Cookbook Collection. Happy Holiday Baking With Robin Hood includes recipes for a, “Teen-Age Get-Together” and “Late-Evening Lunch.” It’s fun to scan the recipes and be reminded of what was popular in 1971.
