Each year the Langley Heritage Society awards a $1,000 dollar scholarship to a Langley high school student, in memory of volunteer and conservationist, Bays Blackhall. This year’s recipient is Grace Lee from Walnut Grove Secondary School whose goal is to become an engineer. We wish her much success! The scholarship is open to all high school students in Langley and acknowledges academic achievement, community service and need.
