The pioneer Annand and Rowlatt families farmed here in South Langley. Restoration of the buildings was a collaboration between the Greater Vancouver Regional District (now Metro Parks) and the Langley Heritage Society. Pay a visit to Campbell Valley Regional Park for a close-up look.

The farmhouse was built in 1888 by Alexander Annand and is one of the oldest in Langley Township.

The Rowlatt barn was built in 1939 and restored in 2001. The widow’s peak helps prevent water from entering the hay loft door.
