*This event will be rescheduled to March. Pierce Smith is the Commemorations Officer at the Fort Langley National Historic Site and one of our directors. During his January 20th presentation he’ll dig deep into the archives and artifacts at the NHS, and share stories from the Fort’s history and early interactions with local Sto:lo peoples and highlight the Kanaka peoples or Hawaiians who were among the first to lie and work in Fort Langley.
